Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 is the centralized online counselling process conducted by the NEET PG Admission/Counselling Board, Jaipur for admission to MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan. Counselling is conducted in 4 online rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round.
Candidates must complete Part 1 and Part 2 registration and pay the applicable application fee to participate. The application fee is ₹4,000 for General candidates and ₹3,000 for Rajasthan domicile SC/ST candidates, excluding transaction charges.
The counselling process includes registration, merit list, security deposit, choice filling, seat allotment, fee payment and reporting. The security deposit ranges from ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh, depending on the type of seat selected.
For MD/MS seats, Rajasthan MBBS graduates, eligible Rajasthan Government medical officers/teachers and eligible candidates for private college seats can participate according to the applicable state eligibility rules. Candidates must have a recognised MBBS degree, complete their compulsory internship by the prescribed date, hold valid medical registration and qualify NEET PG with the required percentile.
The Chairman, NEET PG Admission/Counseling Board - 2026, Jaipur would conduct the centralized common counseling for the session 2026-27, for admission to PG Medical (M.D./ M.S.), Post MBBS DNB, and Post MBBS Diploma Courses, for all the 4 rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round, in the State of Rajasthan.

Online Counselling
There shall be 4 (four) rounds of the allotment process. All 4 rounds of allotment, including the Stray vacancy round, shall be conducted online. No round shall be conducted offline. No admission shall be made at the college level.
Application
All candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 4000/- (Rs. 3000/- for SC, ST category candidates of Rajasthan state domicile) + applicable transaction charges.
All eligible candidates who wish to participate in the counselling process must register themselves through the above-mentioned website by completing Part 1 as well as Part 2 of the application form.
A candidate who fails to register by completing both Part 1 as well as Part 2 of the application form shall not be eligible to participate in the further process of counselling.
For verification, candidates belonging to the PwD category must present themselves in person, along with relevant original documents and one set of photocopies of the same, at the designated place and time.
Only NEET PG 2026 qualified and registered with the Rajasthan State PG Counselling Board 2026 candidates shall be eligible for admission.

State Eligibility
Degree seats (MD/MS)
(i) For 50% of the total seats in Government colleges as well as 50% of the total seats in Private Colleges, the NEET PG 2026 qualified candidates who possess the degree of MBBS from the colleges situated in the State of Rajasthan and all medical officers/medical teachers serving under Government of Rajasthan are eligible to participate, but on 25% seats out of these seats in Govt. colleges, preference shall be given to the candidates who possess the degree of MBBS awarded by the University of Rajasthan / Rajasthan University of Health Sciences; and (ii) For the remaining 50% of the total seats of Private Colleges, all NEET PG 2026 Qualified candidates who possess the degree of MBBS from anywhere (Recognized by NMC) are eligible to participate;
Note: State eligibility criteria, as mentioned in clause (i) for state quota seats shall be applicable upto round 3 allotment process. Any seat remaining vacant after round 3 shall be filled in stray vacancy round without applying the state eligibility criteria.
Provisions for Senior Demonstrators: As per Government order dated 31.03.2017 and 05.04.2017, regularly selected Senior Demonstrators working in their respective Departments of Medical colleges run by Government, Government Societies, and Government Universities will be given priority (in the same department in which they are working) in respective PG Degree seats allotment. They will be considered only after completing three years of regular service in the same department and qualifying the NEET examination. NOC (specifying service duration also) of the employer will also be necessary. Candidates working on UTB will not be eligible.
Post MBBS Diploma seats
50% seats of the total sanctioned seats will be filled by the State Counselling Board. All these seats are reserved for in-service candidates serving under the Government of Rajasthan.
Eligibility (Academic)
Applicable to all categories
The candidate should have
● Obtained MBBS qualification recognised by MCI/NMC
● Completed satisfactorily one year’s compulsory rotatory internship (as on 31.07.2026, as approved by NMC after passing the final MBBS examination. No condonation of compulsory rotatory internship shall be accepted.
● Possessing registration from MCI/NMC/Rajasthan/other state Medical Council (provisional or permanent). Candidates registered with a council other than the Rajasthan Medical Council are required to submit the RMC certificate within one month of joining at the allotted college.
● Secured a minimum of marks at the 50th percentile (40th percentile in case of natural born SC, ST, OBC, MBC (most backward classes) and 45th percentile in case of locomotor disabled for unreserved candidates) in the NEET PG 2026.
In-service category
● Weightage of Bonus Marks in the obtained NEET PG 2026 score shall be given to all eligible in-service candidates after verification by the Directorate of Medical and Health Department, Rajasthan.
● Other criteria/conditions shall be as per the Government of Rajasthan norms, i.e. service conditions, age, etc.
Note: Candidates must ensure that they have scored a minimum percentile in NEET PG 2026 before the addition of bonus marks to be eligible for the application form filling and registration for State Counselling.
For Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma
Only regular in-service candidates will be considered for Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma. Candidates working on UTB will not be eligible.
