Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 joining documents include the allotment letter, NEET PG score card, State PG application form, MBBS mark sheets and degree, internship completion certificate, medical registration certificate, photo ID, photographs, and other applicable category documents. Candidates must carry original documents along with the required copies for verification at the time of joining.

Additional documents such as domicile certificate, caste certificate, EWS certificate, PwD certificate, NOC, surety bond, and accepted resignation letter are required only where applicable.

1. Allotment Letter

2. NEET PG 2026 score sheet / card

3. Duly completed, valid print copy of Application form of State PG Seats Allotments 2026, filled online.

4. Accepted resignation from the institution in case you are pursuing studies at present, or from the college allotted through any other counselling, including All India PG counselling

5. Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class certificate/mark sheet or any other equivalent certificate showing the date of birth

6. Mark sheet(s) and degree / provisional certificate of UG examination

7. Internship completion certificate

8. MCI/NMC/ State council registration certificate

9. Attempt certificate of the UG examination

10. Photo ID (driving license / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / Aadhaar card/ Passport) - Original Photo ID to be carried by the student for successful verification

11. Six (6) Passport size photo same as affixed on the application form

12. Domicile certificate (if applicable)

13. Surety Bond (as per the applicable proforma)

14. Valid Caste certificate, sub-category certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)

15. Valid PwD certificate issued by 33 centers designated by MCC for NEET 2026, if applicable

16. Valid Economically Weaker Section certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)

17. N.O.C. from present employer (if applicable)
