Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026: Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 is the centralized online counselling process conducted by the NEET PG Admission/Counselling Board, Jaipur for admission to MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan. The counselling process is conducted in 4 online rounds – Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates must complete Part 1 and Part 2 registration and pay the applicable application fee to participate. The application fee is ₹4,000 for General candidates and ₹3,000 for Rajasthan domicile SC/ST candidates, excluding applicable transaction charges. The counselling process includes registration, merit list, security deposit, choice filling, seat allotment, fee payment and reporting. The security deposit ranges from ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh depending on the type of seat selected.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 is the centralized common counselling process for the 2026-27 academic session for admission to PG Medical (M.D./M.S.), Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma Courses in the State of Rajasthan. The Chairman, NEET PG Admission/Counseling Board - 2026, Jaipur conducts the centralized common counselling for all four rounds of counselling.

The counselling process includes Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates participating in Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling must carefully complete the registration process, fulfil the applicable eligibility conditions, deposit the required application fee and security amount, complete choice filling and locking, and report after allotment according to the prescribed counselling schedule and instructions.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 – Online Counselling

There shall be 4 (four) rounds of the allotment process. All four rounds of allotment, including the Stray Vacancy Round, shall be conducted online.

Important Counselling Rule: No round shall be conducted offline.

No admission shall be made at the college level.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 – Application & Registration

All candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 4,000/- (Rs. 3,000/- for SC, ST category candidates of Rajasthan state domicile) plus applicable transaction charges.

All eligible candidates who wish to participate in the counselling process must register themselves through the prescribed website by completing Part 1 as well as Part 2 of the application form.

Mandatory: A candidate who fails to register by completing both Part 1 as well as Part 2 of the application form shall not be eligible to participate in the further process of counselling.

Only NEET PG 2026 qualified candidates who are registered with the Rajasthan State PG Counselling Board 2026 shall be eligible for admission.

PwD Candidate Verification

For verification, candidates belonging to the PwD category must present themselves in person, along with relevant original documents and one set of photocopies of the same, at the designated place and time.

  1. Qualify NEET PG 2026 and ensure that you meet the required qualifying percentile.
  2. Complete Part 1 Registration on the Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling portal.
  3. Pay the Non-Refundable Application Fee according to the applicable candidate category.
  4. Complete Part 2 Registration of the application form.
  5. Deposit Security Amount according to the type of seats and colleges selected.
  6. Complete Online Choice Filling and save/change choices multiple times within the prescribed period.
  7. Lock / Auto-Lock Choices according to the prescribed counselling schedule.
  8. Check the Provisional Allotment Result.
  9. Print the Allotment Letter through the official counselling website.
  10. Deposit the Prescribed One-Year Tuition Fee through NEFT/RTGS only where applicable.
  11. Report and Submit Documents with all original documents, required bonds and photocopies.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 – Security Deposit

Candidates participating in Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 may be required to deposit the prescribed security amount depending upon the course, type of seat and college selected. The security deposit ranges from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 – State Eligibility

Degree Seats (MD/MS)

(i) For 50% of the total seats in Government colleges as well as 50% of the total seats in Private Colleges, the NEET PG 2026 qualified candidates who possess the degree of MBBS from the colleges situated in the State of Rajasthan and all medical officers / medical teachers serving under Government of Rajasthan are eligible to participate.

However, on 25% seats out of these seats in Government colleges, preference shall be given to the candidates who possess the degree of MBBS awarded by:

  • University of Rajasthan
  • Rajasthan University of Health Sciences

(ii) For the remaining 50% of the total seats of Private Colleges, all NEET PG 2026 Qualified candidates who possess the degree of MBBS from anywhere (Recognized by NMC) are eligible to participate.

Important Note: State eligibility criteria, as mentioned in clause (i) for state quota seats, shall be applicable up to the Round 3 allotment process.

Any seat remaining vacant after Round 3 shall be filled in the Stray Vacancy Round without applying the state eligibility criteria.

Provisions for Senior Demonstrators

As per Government order dated 31.03.2017 and 05.04.2017, regularly selected Senior Demonstrators working in their respective departments of Medical Colleges run by:

  • Government
  • Government Societies
  • Government Universities

will be given priority in the same department in which they are working in respective PG Degree seats allotment.

They will be considered only after:

  • Completing three years of regular service in the same department
  • Qualifying the NEET examination
  • Submission of NOC of the employer
  • The NOC must also specify the service duration

Important: Candidates working on UTB will not be eligible.

Post MBBS Diploma Seats

50% seats of the total sanctioned seats will be filled by the State Counselling Board.

All these seats are reserved for in-service candidates serving under the Government of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 – Academic Eligibility

Applicable to All Categories

The candidate should have:

  • Obtained MBBS qualification recognised by MCI/NMC.
  • Completed satisfactorily one year’s compulsory rotatory internship as on 31.07.2026, as approved by NMC after passing the final MBBS examination.
    No condonation of compulsory rotatory internship shall be accepted.
  • Possessing registration from:
    • MCI
    • NMC
    • Rajasthan Medical Council
    • Other State Medical Council
    Provisional or permanent registration may be applicable.

    Candidates registered with a council other than the Rajasthan Medical Council are required to submit the RMC certificate within one month of joining at the allotted college.
  • Secured a minimum of marks at the:
    • 50th percentile for applicable candidates
    • 40th percentile in case of natural born SC, ST, OBC, MBC (most backward classes)
    • 45th percentile in case of locomotor disabled for unreserved candidates
    in the NEET PG 2026.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 – In-Service Category

  • Weightage of Bonus Marks in the obtained NEET PG 2026 score shall be given to all eligible in-service candidates after verification by the Directorate of Medical and Health Department, Rajasthan.
  • Other criteria and conditions shall be as per the Government of Rajasthan norms, including:
    • Service conditions
    • Age
    • Other applicable conditions

Important Note: Candidates must ensure that they have scored the required minimum percentile in NEET PG 2026 before the addition of bonus marks to be eligible for application form filling and registration for State Counselling.

Eligibility for Post MBBS DNB & Post MBBS Diploma

Only regular in-service candidates will be considered for:

  • Post MBBS DNB
  • Post MBBS Diploma

Candidates working on UTB will not be eligible.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 – Complete Counselling Process

  1. NEET PG Qualification: Candidate must qualify NEET PG 2026 with the required percentile.
  2. Part 1 Registration: Complete the first part of the Rajasthan State PG Counselling application process.
  3. Application Fee Payment: Deposit the non-refundable prescribed application fee.
  4. Part 2 Registration: Complete the second part of the application form.
  5. Merit List: Check the provisional merit list and, where applicable, the provisional merit list of Sr. Demonstrators.
  6. Security Deposit: Deposit the applicable security amount according to the selected course and seat type.
  7. Choice Filling: Fill, save and change choices multiple times during the prescribed choice filling period.
  8. Choice Locking / Auto-Locking: Final choices are locked or auto-locked according to the prescribed schedule.
