Rajasthan BAMS Counselling 2026 is conducted by the
UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan, Jaipur
for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
in Government, Government-Aided and Private Ayurvedic Colleges of Rajasthan.

Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan BAMS Admission
Educational Qualification
Candidate must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent)
with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology
and must be NEET UG qualified.
NEET UG Cut-Off Percentile (As per NTA)
- UR / EWS – 50th Percentile
- UR-PwD – 45th Percentile
- OBC / MBC / SC / ST / ST-STA – 40th Percentile
Age Criteria
- Minimum Age: 17 years on or before 31 December 2026
- No upper age limit for BAMS admission
Seat Distribution for Rajasthan BAMS
- 15% All India Quota seats in Government Colleges – Counselling by AACCC
- 85% State Quota seats – Counselling by Rajasthan AYUSH Board
- 15% NRI seats in Private Colleges
- All seats (Govt/Private/NRI) filled only through counselling

Rajasthan Domicile Rules for BAMS
Candidate will be treated as Rajasthan domicile if any ONE condition is satisfied:
- Parents residing in Rajasthan for 10 years + candidate studied 5 years in Rajasthan
- Bonafide Rajasthan resident studying outside the state
- Ward of Rajasthan Government employee (served ≥3 years)
- Ward of All India Service officer on Rajasthan cadre
- Ward of employee of State Universities / Panchayats / Govt bodies
- Ward of Defence personnel of Rajasthan origin
- Ward of Defence personnel posted in Rajasthan
- Ward of Para-Military personnel of Rajasthan origin
- Ward of Para-Military personnel posted in Rajasthan
- Ward of Rajasthan High Court Judge
- Other category – eligible only for vacant seats after Round-2

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Step-1
Important points to be taken care of:
In the first and second round of admission counselling 2025-26, eligible candidates from other
states and Rajasthan may apply online registration for admission for 15% AIQ (All India
Quota) in private AYUSH UG institutions in Rajasthan.
At the same time, candidates of Rajasthan domicile may apply online registration for
admission for 85% state Quota seats separately in first two rounds of counselling for admission
in UG AYUSH courses in Govt. and Private colleges/Universities of Rajasthan.
- The candidate must upload his/her recent color photographs during online registration.

Each candidate must clearly mention the category/sub-category of reservation if desired by
him/her.

Candidates of any category of Gen/SC/ST/ST-STA/OBC/MBC/EWS/Paramilitary/Defence and if
applying for additional reservation as Physically Handicapped should mention this information on
space provided for that and relevant certificate issued by the competent authority, should be
provided at the time of counselling. Category and sub/special category once filled in online
registration by the candidate will not be allowed to change in any circumstances during
counselling.

Any candidate, once allowed appearing at NEET (UG)- 2025 does not become directly eligible for
admission to Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Unani and Yoga & Naturopathy U.G. courses. The
eligibility of successful candidates for admission in any category (General or Reserved) shall be
finally ascertained at the time of admission. The decision of the Counselling Board for the
eligibility shall be final.

conducted by the Rajasthan NEET AYUSH UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Jaipur.

regulations and eligibility criteria prescribed therein. I shall abide by rules and admission
process of UG BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS Seat as specified by the Rajasthan NEET AYUSH UG PG
AYUSH Counselling Board, Jaipur.

detected in original documents, including category, sub-category and gender, then I may not be
considered for Allotment.

2. Step-2
Initially admission process shall be started by publishing provisional merit list (1st Round) for final
admission for candidates of PwD, Defence/Para-Military, NRI (1, 2 to 03 categories as per order of Govt of Rajasthan)
document verification thereof will be conducted at NEET AYUSH Counselling Board Office, AYUSH BHAWAN,
Sector-26 Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.
Candidates will have to appear in person along with all original documents and 2 sets of self-attested
photocopies thereof.
3. Step-3
Publishing of provisional merit list (1st Round) for all state Quota seats and 15% all India Quota seats of private
institutions/private university as per categories.
4. Step-4 – Choice Filling
- Deposit the counselling fee online and Choice filling.

Counselling Fee/Security Money: INR 25,000/- must be deposited as counselling fee through
Net banking/Debit card/Credit Card before the choice filling for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS
seats. This fee will be a part of tuition fee of a candidate who joins his college later on.

Candidates who have been allotted seats have to deposit their annual college fee with
adjustment of counselling fee through online or demand draft in Favor of CHAIRMAN,
AYUSH UG ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD, (Payable at Jaipur) during stipulated
period of time. This candidate will also be eligible for 2nd round of counselling for upgradation.
if he/she fills fresh choice filling form for 2nd round.

If candidate doesn’t report to the reporting center and doesn’t deposit the prescribed remaining
college annual fee with in stipulated period of time, his/her allotment will be cancelled and
that seat will be treated as vacant seat.

The counselling fee (Security Money) will be forfeited if a candidate who has been allotted
a seat in the Second Round or subsequent rounds and does not join the respective institution
or surrender the seat due to any unforeseen reason.

In case of NRI Quota, if seats are vacant after 1st round of counselling, vacant seats will be
converted in to IVth Category of NRI as per order of Govt. of Rajasthan subject to deposit
prescribed NRI Quota fee.
5. Step-5
Publishing of First round allotment information on website.
6. Step-6
Download allotment letter and reporting in person at reporting center at office of the NEET
AYUSH Counselling Board, AYUSH BHAWAN, Sector-26, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur along with prescribed
college annual fee, through Demand draft and required documents.
7. Step-7 – Surrender of Seats
If a candidate is willing to surrender his/her seat allotted at the 1st round of counselling then he/she
will have to appear in person at the office of Counselling Board, Jaipur.
3rd / Mop-up Round / Stray Vacancy Round
3rd Round, Mop-up Round and stray vacancy round will be conducted as per directions of Ministry
of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
Important Note:

Candidates found ineligible by AACCC in any state/stage will not be eligible for participation
in counselling conducted by this Counselling Board.

No admission will be done by UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan after cutoff date
decided by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Print and preserve 01 copies of the registration form filled on-line along with the following documents in
original and (01) one sets of self-attested photocopies of the following documents compulsorily with you:
- NEET 2026 Score Card & NEET 2026 Admit Card
- Allotment Letter
- Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent

Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class`s mark sheet / certificate or any other equivalent certificate
showing the date of birth issued by competent authority.
- Mark sheet of secondary examination (10th class)
- All Mark sheets of 12th if passed in more than one attempt

application form- (I to XI) - as given under serial 3 under eligibility criteria in the information booklet

Additional Documents for Candidates Applying for NRI Seats

If the Sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO is currently residing in India, a proof in the form of certificate
issued by the Indian embassy in the concerned Country/Ministry of external affairs,
Government of India for this purpose is essential along with undertaking in the prescribed
Proforma-6 on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- executed by Sponsor NRI /OCI/PIO and
duly notarized.
Or

If the Sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO is residing outside India, a duly notarized undertaking in the
prescribed Proforma-7 executed by the sponsor and notarized by the Notary Public of the
foreign country where the sponsor resides being submitted by the sponsor, it be treated as
sufficient as to the factum of the residence of the sponsor.
NRI undertaking must have been issued on or after date of NEET 2026 examination

Father/Mother/Guardian shall also submit an undertaking regarding relationship between
Sponsor and candidate in Proforma-8 along with the address of parents and local (Indian)
guardian. (Applicable for NRI Candidates)

Important Legal Instructions
Admissions made without counselling, without original documents,
or beyond sanctioned intake capacity shall be treated as INVALID
and cancelled by NCISM / AYUSH authorities.
