Telengana NEET UG Counselling 2026 will be conducted by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) for MBBS seats across Government, Private, Minority & NRI colleges. Applications will be through online mode only. No offline application procedure will be available. All further notifications issued by the University will be on KNRUHS website. No individual intimations will be sent to candidates. Candidates are informed to check the KNRUHS website regularly for notifications and other information.
Telengana conducts centralized NEET UG counselling under competent authority quota, Management Quota, and NRI quota seats for MBBS. Counselling is 100% online, and no college is allowed to take direct admission.

As per NMC norms: OC candidates including candidates seeking EWS reservation should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects. BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects. OC PWD candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks in science subjects
Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12- 2026. Candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2026 are not eligible for admission. No upper age limit
You are eligible for state quota if any ONE condition is satisfied: 1. Candidate has studied in an Educational Institutions in such local area for a period of not less than 4 consecutive academic years 2. Candidate had resided in local area for a period of not less than four years 3. Local area herein means the State of Telangana. The candidate should have appeared for the relevant qualifying examination in the State of Telangana.
Candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs.12,000 by way of payment gate way and obtain the allotment letter.
