As per January 2026 data published by the National Medical Commission (NMC), a total of 4,505 Government MBBS seats and 2,700 Private MBBS seats are available across 48 Medical Colleges in Rajasthan — spanning ESIC, State Government, RajMES, Management, General, and NRI quota seats. AIIMS Jodhpur MBBS seats continue to be filled through MCC All India Counselling and are not counted in this state list.

Centralized admissions to all State Quota seats — including Management and NRI seats — in Government, Govt. Society (RajMES), RUHS CMS/CDS, ESIC, and Private Medical Colleges for session 2026–27 will be conducted online across all four rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Stray Vacancy) exclusively through the NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission / Counseling Board 2026. No admission shall be made at college level.

ESIC Medical Colleges have 15% seats through MCC All India Counselling and 85% through Rajasthan state counselling. For RajMES Management and NRI quota seats, Rajasthan domicile candidates get first preference; candidates from other states may apply from Round 3 onwards.
