As on January 2026 latest data of NMC, a total of 4505 Govt MBBS seats and 2700 Private MBBS seats are available across 48 Government and Private Medical Colleges in Rajasthan including ESIC Seats, Government Seats, RajMES Seats, Management Seats, General Seats and NRI Seats. AIIMS Jodhpur MBBS seats are allotted through MCC All India Counselling.
Centralized admissions to all State Quota seats (including Management/NRI seats) in all Government Medical Colleges, Govt. Society Medical Colleges, RUHS CMS, RUHS CDS, ESIC Medical Colleges and Private Medical Colleges in Rajasthan, for the session 2026–27, for all the four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round, shall be made only by NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board 2026.
All four rounds of allotments including stray vacancy round shall be conducted online only. No round shall be conducted offline. No admission shall be made at college level. Rajasthan has 33 Government Medical MBBS Colleges excluding AIIMS Jodhpur. Types of medical colleges in Rajasthan are Government, RajMES semi-government and Private Medical Colleges.
Other government medical colleges including ESIC Medical Colleges have 15% seats allotted through MCC All India Counselling and 85% seats allotted through Rajasthan NEET UG counselling. Management and NRI quota seats in RajMES semi-government medical colleges are allotted only through Rajasthan state counselling and only Rajasthan domicile candidates are eligible for it. However, candidates from other states can also apply for Management and NRI quota seats from Round 3, but preference is given to Rajasthan domicile candidates.
