Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 is the official admission process for MBBS seats in Government, RajMES (Government Society), ESIC, RUHS CMS, and Private Medical Colleges of Rajasthan. The counselling is conducted by the NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Rajasthan under the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Jaipur.
Admission is strictly based on NEET UG 2026 All India Rank, state reservation policy, domicile eligibility, and online choice filling. No medical college in Rajasthan is permitted to grant direct admission without state counselling.
Through Rajasthan NEET UG counselling, candidates can secure admission in State Quota, Management Quota, and NRI Quota MBBS seats. The entire counselling process is conducted online in multiple rounds, followed by offline reporting at the SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
Rajasthan conducts centralized NEET UG counselling for all State Quota, Management Quota, and NRI quota seats for MBBS. Counselling is 100% online, and no college is allowed to take direct admission.

You are eligible for state quota if any ONE condition is satisfied: 1. Parent resided in Rajasthan for 10 years + candidate studied 5 years in Rajasthan schools. 2. Bonafide residents of Rajasthan who studied outside the state. 3. Children of: State Government employees All India Service officers on Rajasthan cadre Employees of State Universities, Govt. bodies, Panchayats, etc., serving 3+ years Defence personnel (Rajasthan origin or posted in Rajasthan) Para-military personnel (Rajasthan origin or posted in Rajasthan) Non-domicile students can apply under “Other Category (XI)” for vacant seats from Round 3.

Security amount is forfeited if you don’t join after allotment in Round 2 or later.
Candidates must complete Part 1 and Part 2 of the online application form, upload required documents, and pay the counselling fees.
Document verification is conducted only for PwBD, Defence, Para-Military, and NRI candidates.
The provisional merit list is released based on NEET UG rank and eligibility criteria.
Fresh choice filling is mandatory for each counselling round.
Seat allotment is done based on merit, reservation policy, domicile status, and seat availability.
Allotted candidates must report in person at SMS Medical College, Jaipur with the following:
Free exit is permitted for candidates allotted seats in Round 1.
Exit after seat allotment in Round 2 will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Fresh registration and fresh choice filling are allowed in Round 3.
