20 ESIC medical colleges in India with total MBBS seats intake 1830 for session 2026-27. In each ESIC medical college two types of fee structure one for general and other one for insured persons. Insured persons quota candidate required to pay 24000 but general candidates pay 100000 per year. The fee can be increased year to year basis depends on Govt of India and ESIC.
